- Add tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix well. (This step is optional. You don't need to use all the sauce.)

- Add water if necessary
- Cook on medium heat until the vegetables are ready. No need to add fat here. The oatmeal thickens the soup a bit. Add more water if needed.

- Add the chilli, mixed leaves, salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn off the heat and add a little lemon juice.

- Serve hot.
