Instructions for making vegetarian soup monk "Kunshin Jiro"

  1. First, prepare the broth. Pour cold water into a bowl, add pure combo (kelp) and dried shiitake and leave to infuse for at least 1-2 hours. Soft shiitake can be cut into small pieces and then added to soup.
  2. Note: Do not add a mild combination to soups. The combo will become mucous and smelly. Use it for something else.
  3. Cut all the vegetables and tofu into easy-to-eat pieces. Finely chop the green onions for decoration.
  4. In a large saucepan or saucepan, heat the sesame oil, fry the vegetables for a few minutes. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
  5. Add 3 cups of combo (kelp) and shiitake broth. (* Avoid dirt and sagging.) Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Drizzle with soy sauce and cook until all the vegetables are soft.
  6. * Note: I added a pinch of red or white pepper for a little spice. It’s totally funky, but I like it.
  7. When the vegetables become soft, add the tofu (fried tofu) and tofu and bring to a boil again. Then it's over!
  8. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and enjoy the meal.
