Ingredients and seasonings for chipotle, tomato and avocado tortilla soup:

  1. 8 large ripe tomatoes
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 2-3 tablespoons women
  4. 2 onions, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons chipotle and adobe
  6. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  7. 1 liter homemade chicken or vegetable stock

  4. Pour about 1 inch of oil into the skillet. Heat the oil and fry the tortilla strips until golden brown and crispy. Remove the strips with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve soup with tortilla chunks and sprinkle with chipotle flakes, diced avocado, cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
