Steps for making bond soup

  1. Take urad dal and soak it in water for 5-6 minutes. Now put it in a coffee grinder, grind it with a little water and make a thick and smooth paste (don't use too much water). From the dough it must be dense and smooth. Now add the chopped fresh coconut, the curry leaves, the chopped green pepper, the cumin powder (do not use toasted), the chopped ginger, the chopped coriander, mix well and knead for 2-3 minutes; Otherwise, the mass will become homogeneous.   4. Tadkarako - Pour the ghee into a pan, when hot, add the asafoetida, chopped ginger, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry well. Now bring to a boil, add 2 cups of water. Now one day it will boil. The consistency should be like soup. When the dal boils, add the lemon juice and chopped cilantro. The soup is now ready to serve.
